£250 per person,  only £15.62 per hour! (this can be paid in 2 instalments)

The goals of the workshop are to LOSE BODY FAT & GAIN LEAN MUSCLE. The sessions will be fixed days & times for the 8 weeks and include a mixture of weights training and HITT for maximal results. the 2 sessions a week will be split into a lower body day & upper body day.
